I work in Psychotherapy and TA. (Transactional Analysis) Outdoor Therapy I work on a one to one basis. I work with my client co-creatively. 鈥淚鈥檓 ok you鈥檙e ok鈥� enhances your therapy. 

My initial training is an Integrative counsellor at FdSc level. I have psychotherapy training within sensorimotor therapy at L1 so work quite a lot within the body felt senses. I also have completed IFS (Internal Family System) training at L1, L2 (ad鈥�

I have worked as a qualified counsellor since 2002 with adults and young people in various settings: a GP surgery, a charity, a low-cost clinic, primary and secondary schools, and in private practice. Prior to my counselling training I worked in the 鈥�

I'm not a blank-slate therapist - I show up as my genuine, authentic self so that you can feel safe to do the same. I'll challenge you thoughtfully, ask questions, and bring curiosity into our sessions so we can really deep dive and get to the root o鈥�
