I am a friendly Psychotherapist (网爆门, UKCP), Chartered Psychologist (HCPC) and EMDR practitioner based in West London and Cheltenham.   I see clients from all over the UK and abroad, usually in weekly 50-minute sessions.    There is no one-size-fits鈥�

First of all, I believe therapy is useful for anyone. What is commonly labelled as 鈥渕ental health鈥�, I would call 鈥渜uality of life鈥� - something we all struggle to manage.  I personally have struggled with stress, anxiety and burnout throughout my life鈥�

Life today is often busy, and it can be difficult to take time to have a greater understanding of what is happening. Challenging life situations, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, self-esteem issues, losing someone we love or generally feelin鈥�

My role as a therapist is to help create a secure base, so we can explore what鈥檚 been challenging for you and learn how you can be supported. I value working in a meaningful way that facilitates peoples鈥� process in understanding the impact of what th鈥�
