About me and my therapy practice
My role as a therapist is to help create a secure base, so we can explore what’s been challenging for you and learn how you can be supported.
I value working in a meaningful way that facilitates peoples’ process in understanding the impact of what they are going through at this moment and time and how the journey so far may be enabling or hindering their ability to adapt to challenges they are facing in their lives.
Healthy, caring and secure relationships can be hugely beneficial in how we feel about ourselves, others and the situations we find ourselves in. This is at the forefront of my practice. Working on building a relationship for you to feel confident and supported in processing your current or historical challenges.
Supporting clients with:
- Anxiety, depression, and confidence issues
- Abuse, trauma, and PTSD
- Family and relationship challenges
- Bereavement and loss
- Self-acceptance and self-compassion
- Navigating life transitions
I also have a particular interest in working with neurodiverse individuals, helping them explore their unique experiences.
My first session
Beginning therapy can be a daunting experience, but equally filled with the potential to be something meaningful and helpful to you. With so many approaches available, it can be difficult to be certain which one is right for you. The relationship between client and therapist is one of the most important factors of the process, so I offer a free 20-minute video call to give you an opportunity to see if this feels like a good fit for you.

Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Addictions, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Cultural issues, Depression, Disability, Health related issues, Identity issues, LGBTQ+ counselling, Loss, Men's issues, Mood disorder, Neurodiversity, Obsessions, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sexuality, Substance Dependency, Trauma, Vegan allied, Women's issues
