My name is Lisa Ellis and I am an Accredited Therapist with 18 years experience of providing both short- and long-term therapy to individuals in Kent. I provide individual Counselling for adults and young people, and Counselling Supervision for The鈥�

My background is in gardening and bodywork - both need time, space, and the right kind of pressure to change. Therapy is much the same - paying attention, sometimes getting a bit messy and letting something new take shape.    My approach is integrati鈥�
