I am an integrative counsellor based in North Wales, providing support to children (aged 3+), young people, and adults. My approach offers a collaborative and trusting environment where we can explore life's challenges and work together towards a mor鈥�

Beginning counselling and psychotherapy can be daunting, but I aim to offer a safe and holding environment within which you can begin to talk about and work through issues that you are struggling with. I work from the premise that we all have unconsc鈥�

I work online and specialise in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyslexia and dyspraxia), OCD, panic attacks, relationship issues (partner, family, friends, colleagues) and exploring self esteem / s鈥�

Coming to therapy can feel like a big step. At least it did for me! Most people at different times in their lives face problems that may seem insurmountable, seem to be recurrent or seem rooted in their pasts. These can be very difficult times but b鈥�
