My aim is to help overwhelmed adults who encountered difficulties with grief, loss, anxiety, low mood and low self-esteem to enable them to enjoy life again, to recognise personal potential and self-empowerment in order to move forward in confidence 鈥�

I offer weekly psychotherapy and counselling sessions both online and in person at 85 Wimpole Street, ten minutes' walk from Oxford Circus tube. Whatever the reason you choose to come to therapy, I offer a warm, relational approach in a space of abso鈥�
