I work with individuals from all backgrounds either face-to-face in Surrey or London and online. I have experience of working with anxiety, panic disorders, depression, OCD and self-esteem, anger issues, stress, burnout and relationship difficulties.鈥�

I aim to build a trusting relationship where you feel able to bring the things that are important to you. These may be present or past issues that are affecting you; the need to navigate a significant change or challenge; or a desire to open up new p鈥�

I have a wide range of experience with varying presenting issues. However, I specialise in counselling people with depression, low self-esteem and/or anxiety. I have experience working within the NHS (primary care), within the mental health field in 鈥�
