Availability
I can offer online sessions on Wednesdays in the morning, afternoon or evening.
I will have availability for face-to-face sessions in Ancoats, Manchester, from late November.
If you would like to check availability for a particular time, please get in touch.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a supportive, neuroaffirming space where you can bring your whole self, work at your own pace, and explore your thoughts without fear of judgement.
Every therapy journey is different, because every person is different. Some people know exactly what they want from therapy, while others aren鈥檛 sure where to start. Either scenario (and anywhere in between!) is okay.
In our sessions, you can openly reflect on your thoughts, feelings and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There鈥檚 no pressure to share anything before you are ready.
My experience working with neurodivergent clients, along with my own lived experience, means that I understand the importance of creating a space where all ways of being, thinking and experiencing are supported. Therapy isn鈥檛 a one-size-fits-all process, and I鈥檒l work alongside you to shape our sessions in a way that feels right to you.
