I鈥檓 an Integrative Counsellor specialising in supporting anxious adults who feel stuck in survival mode. I work with people who are exhausted from holding everything together - often living with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem or the lasting impact of stress and trauma.

My integrative approach combines Neuroscience-informed therapy (Polyvagal Theory - Nervous system regulation), IFS-informed therapy (parts work), Somatic awareness (body and mind) , and Self-compassion to help you find peace, balance, confidence, and connection.
I work with parts of the self - the different inner voices, emotions, and protective patterns that we all carry - helping you get to know and care for each of them with compassion rather than judgment. Together, we鈥檒l gently explore what these parts might be trying to tell you and find ways for them to work together rather than against each other.
A big part of our work will also involve supporting your nervous system - learning to recognise what safety and overwhelm feel like in your body, and finding ways to regulate, ground, and reconnect. This helps bring more ease, clarity, and calm into your daily life.
Sometimes emotional distress can show up through the body - as fatigue, tension, pain, or digestive issues. These are not 鈥渏ust in your head.鈥 Your mind and body are always in conversation, and therapy can help you understand and care for both.
I work in a neuroaffirmative, honouring neurodiversity and individual differences as part of what makes us human. I鈥檓 also an LGBTQ+ ally, committed to creating a compassionate and inclusive space where you can show up fully as yourself.
I鈥檓 bilingual and can offer sessions in both English and Polish. However, I feel most at ease working in English, as it鈥檚 the language I trained in and use most often in my therapeutic work.

I鈥檓 an Integrative Counsellor specialising in supporting anxious adults who feel stuck in survival mode. I work with people who are exhausted from holding everything together - often living with anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem or the lasting impact of stress and trauma.

Practice description
My integrative approach combines Neuroscience-informed therapy (Polyvagal Theory - Nervous system regulation), IFS-informed therapy (parts work), Somatic awareness (body and mind) , and Self-compassion to help you find peace, balance, confidence, and connection.
My approach is integrative and relational. I work with parts of the self - the different inner voices, emotions, and protective patterns that we all carry - helping you get to know and care for each of them with compassion rather than judgment. Together, we鈥檒l gently explore what these parts might be trying to tell you and find ways for them to work together rather than against each other.
A big part of our work will also involve supporting your nervous system - learning to recognise what safety and overwhelm feel like in your body, and finding ways to regulate, ground, and reconnect. This helps bring more ease, clarity, and calm into your daily life.
Sometimes emotional distress can show up through the body - as fatigue, tension, pain, or digestive issues. These are not 鈥渏ust in your head.鈥 Your mind and body are always in conversation, and therapy can help you understand and care for both.
I work in a neuroaffirmative, honouring neurodiversity and individual differences as part of what makes us human. I鈥檓 also an LGBTQ+ ally, committed to creating a compassionate and inclusive space where you can show up fully as yourself.
I鈥檓 bilingual and can offer sessions in both English and Polish. However, I feel most at ease working in English, as it鈥檚 the language I trained in and use most often in my therapeutic work.

My first session
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. To make this easier, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call, either by phone or online (via Zoom/Google Meet).
This is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have, share a little about yourself and the challenges you're facing, and discuss how I may be able to support you. I鈥檒l also explain how I work, so you can get a sense of whether we鈥檙e a good fit for each other.
What to expect in the first session:
You may naturally feel a bit nervous about starting therapy, so I will explain what you can expect from me and learn what your needs and goals are (initial assessment). The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. We will go at a pace that is comfortable for you.
