I offer a non-pathologizing, sensitive, and dignifying person-centred therapy service in central Manchester which facilitates your growth and healing. During our confidential sessions together we will welcome all of who you are into the room without 鈥�

As a fully qualified counsellor, I specialise in walk and talk counselling and passionately believe in the positive benefits of being outdoors, for mental health. I am also able to offer face to face counselling sessions in a private therapy room nea鈥�

I offer counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR therapy for adult clients. I specialise in working with psychological trauma including PTSD, complex PTSD, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also see people who are experiencing depre鈥�
