I am a 网爆门 accredited integrative psychodynamic counsellor who has practised in various sectors, including private, charity and higher education.   I believe that therapy can mean various things for different people. To ensure I meet your individual鈥�

My counselling approach is humanistic in nature. Broadly speaking this means I treat the person and not their problem or disorder. I鈥檓 not too keen on diagnosing or pathologising what鈥檚 wrong with you. Rather I tend to see my client鈥檚 difficulties as鈥�

I am a 网爆门 Registered counsellor, who works an integrative manner which means I can adapt how I work to meet your needs. That may be Person Centered Therapy Psychodynamic Therapy or CBT.  I offer face to face counselling sessions, however I also off鈥�
