I am a person centred counsellor which means that I offer a safe non-judgemental space to explore the issues that are important to you. I offer short-term and long-term therapy both in person and online.

People often ask "is Counselling right for me?". Therapy is often described as a journey. We can liken it to driving a car where I, your counsellor, buckle up and sit right beside you as you journey toward self-discovery and healing 鈥� we are in it to鈥�

I am a qualified integrative counsellor focusing on Person-Centered and CBT models of therapy, whilst also offering Rewind therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. If appropriate I will combine knowledge of other therapeutic models such as Transactional An鈥�

I am an experienced professionally qualified psychotherapist working in Central London. I also offer consultations via video call. I have extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with a wide range of different issues. I offer both鈥�
