Hi, I'm Natasha. I became a counsellor because I hope to leave the world a little lighter than I found it. A big ask maybe, but I'm happy to try and if it starts with you then we鈥檙e moving in the right direction. When we meet my aim will be to get to鈥�

I offer support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Everyone鈥檚 journey is unique. Whether you're going through a major life change, living with the impact of past trauma, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, th鈥�

I am an integrative therapist working with children and young people ages 4-25 years old.  I aim to provide a safe space, allowing the child/young person to explore and understand difficult feelings and emotions, to feel truly accepted and heard.   I鈥�

Maybe it's too painful; it鈥檚 hard to bear with. Maybe there is no one truly there for you, and you'd like to be heard and understood. Maybe you feel lost or stuck, unsure about what to do. Or maybe you鈥檇 like to rediscover the self that you seem to h鈥�

Hi, I鈥檓 Gordon, a counsellor with NHS experience in mental health, neurological care, and staff  wellbeing. I supported people through major life transitions starting new roles, recovering from  illness and/or injury, managing burnout, or caring for 鈥�
