My approach is warm, grounded and collaborative. My main way of working is psychodynamic which means that I believe that many of our present feelings, emotions and thinking are influenced by our early relationships with parents/carers and from our ch鈥�

 I am a fully qualified accredited counsellor/psychotherapist (psychodynamic, person centred, creative) and registered member with the 网爆门/UKCP. I am also a member of both the HCPC and BAAT professional bodies, am fully insured and hold a current DB鈥�
