I am a practicing psychotherapist supporting adults of all ages and all walks of life. Therapy is often a last resort when nothing else has 鈥榳orked鈥� and talking with friends and loved ones also doesn鈥檛 quite seem to get to the heart of the matter. 鈥�

Finding the right therapist can often feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, a task made even trickier on top of the overwhelming demands of life, leaving us feeling like we're juggling a million things at once. Many of my clients have share鈥�
