About me and my therapy practice
30 Minute Check in Sessions – £35
Feeling overwhelmed or stuck? A full hour of counselling can sometimes feel too much, especially when you're just starting out or need a quick reset. That’s why I offer focused, 30 minute check in sessions, a more affordable, gentle way to pause, reflect, and move forward.
I’m a qualified Person-Centred Counselling Therapist and trained Rewind Therapist. My integrative approach supports healing without pressure. Trauma doesn’t always need to be retold, sometimes it simply needs to be released.
The Rewind Technique, backed by IARTT, is a safe, structured, and non-intrusive method to help process anxiety, PTSD, or distressing memories, without having to relive them.
I also offer full counselling and hypnotherapy sessions through JD Therapy Services, helping you release trauma, anxiety, or stuck memories in a calm, confidential, and empowering space.
With over 25 years supporting vulnerable victims, often in crisis, I bring deep empathy, clarity, and warmth to every interaction. You’ll be met with safety, respect, and understanding. No pressure. No judgment. Just someone who truly gets it.
Book now via the JD Therapy Services website.
Practice description
My approach is integrative and person-centred. I tailor therapy to your needs, whether you're facing anxiety, PTSD, burnout, grief, or simply feeling stuck. I offer a space where you can breathe, reflect, and begin to untangle what’s going on, without judgment or pressure.
Talking therapy helps you make sense of your experiences, gently process what’s been, and build more helpful ways of coping.
30 minute sessions are available online.
You don’t have to wait for breaking point. You don’t have to go it alone.
