Availability

I鈥檓 currently accepting new clients. My practice hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am鈥5:00pm GMT (for India, that鈥檚 roughly 2:30pm鈥10:30pm IST). I鈥檓 primarily working online at the moment, offering secure video sessions for individuals and couples. I don鈥檛 offer weekend appointments, and early-morning/evening slots are limited; I don鈥檛 maintain a waitlist鈥攊f those hours are essential, I鈥檒l be transparent about current availability and can share referrals who may suit your timetable. I鈥檒l announce planned time off at least two weeks in advance; there鈥檚 no scheduled leave at present. If you鈥檙e unsure about the time difference, tell me your location and I鈥檒l suggest options that fit your time zone.

About me and my therapy practice

I鈥檒l admit鈥攚riting about myself like this feels a bit awkward. I鈥檇 much rather meet you in real conversation. Still, it helps to know who you鈥檒l be sitting with.

I鈥檓 Aishwarya Kulkarni (M网爆门), a UK-trained psychotherapist. I work integratively鈥攑erson-centred at the core鈥攄rawing from psychodynamic and attachment-informed therapy, EFT, IFS/parts work, Narrative, Systems/Bowen, and Transactional Analysis, all held within a trauma-aware, body-aware frame. In practice, we slow the pace, notice what鈥檚 happening across thoughts, feelings, body cues and relationships, and try what actually helps鈥攕ometimes an IFS lens for parts, sometimes focused emotion work, sometimes relational/attachment work, or a clear, doable experiment between sessions.

You鈥檙e the expert on your life; I bring a steady frame, clinical clarity, and a map. The tone is warm, honest, and well-boundaried鈥攄epth with gentleness and a clear, reliable frame. I鈥檓 LGBTQIA+-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming; tell me what supports you and we鈥檒l tailor the space. People often see me for anxiety, perfectionism/inner critic, low mood and shame, grief, burnout, addictions, trauma after-effects, life transitions, and attachment/relationship difficulties (including intercultural couples). If that sounds like the kind of room you could exhale in, we can start exactly where you are.

Practice description

I work online, Monday鈥揊riday, 09:00鈥17:00 GMT. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually weekly (fortnightly by agreement). We review focus and pace regularly. Between sessions you鈥檙e welcome to message for scheduling or brief check-ins; I reply during working hours.

Confidentiality-What you share stays with me. I would only break confidentiality if there鈥檚 a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, safeguarding concerns involving a child or vulnerable adult, a legal requirement, or I鈥檓 genuinely worried about your immediate safety and can鈥檛 reach you. If I ever needed to act, I鈥檇 aim to speak with you first鈥攏o surprises. I meet a clinical supervisor monthly; any supervision discussion is de-identified. I keep brief, secure notes.

Accessibility & inclusion-If you鈥檙e neurodivergent, have learning differences, sensory needs, take medication, or have cultural/language preferences, please tell me and we鈥檒l adjust鈥攕tructure, breaks, camera on/off, captions, or a slower rhythm.

Safety & boundaries- I鈥檓 not an emergency service. If you鈥檙e in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line first, then let me know when you can. I hold each appointment just for you; rescheduling usually needs 12 hours鈥 notice. All practicals鈥攆ees, consent, data, cancellation鈥攁rrive in writing before we begin so everything is clear.

My first session

Our first meeting is a gentle, unhurried 50 minutes鈥攁 soft landing, not an audition. I鈥檒l keep the practicals simple, make sure you know how your information is held safely, check consent and preferences, and then we stay with what matters right now: what hurts, where it feels stuck, what you hope might shift, and what already helps鈥攅ven a little.

You set the pace. There鈥檚 nothing to perform. It鈥檚 okay to pause, to say 鈥淚 don鈥檛 know鈥 or 鈥渘ot yet.鈥 We can slow down, take a breath, sip water, sit with the quiet. Tears are welcome. Laughter is welcome. Silence is welcome. I鈥檒l listen gently for patterns across thoughts, feelings, body cues and relationships鈥攁nd for the strengths that have carried you this far.

We鈥檒l close by choosing next steps that feel kind: how often we meet, first focus areas, and how we鈥檒l notice change. And if I鈥檓 not the right fit, I鈥檒l gladly help you find someone who is.

At heart, think of this as a warm, steady place to set your shoulders down and breathe鈥攈onest, gently held鈥攕o you leave feeling a little lighter and a lot less alone.
