Hi there, I'm Claire. I am an integrative humanistic counsellor primarily person centered.  This means that although I will walk with you on this journey, it is led by yourself, sometimes with a little guidance from myself to help you find your way. 鈥�

All my NHS work is by phone, since COVID. Clients find it very helpful for its flexibility, anonymity and the lack of fuss involved. Given a free choice in advance however, most clients dislike the phone (but it tends to help quickly and gently). I o鈥�

I offer a safe, confidential space for client(s) to explore what is causing their distress.  I teach clients the basics of TA theory in order to help them understand themselves and their interactions with others. I use breathing and mindfulness techn鈥�
