     I'm a 网爆门 Accredited psychotherapist. I have worked as a counsellor, psychotherapist and DBT therapist with adults and young people since 2001. The focus of my work is to help you develop the practical skills that research in neuroscience and p鈥�

I offer a safe, calm space that is empathic, authentic, and non-judgemental. I fundamentally work with a humanistic, relational approach, appreciating that each client is unique in their lived experience. I also use an integrative approach to psychot鈥�

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it isn鈥檛 always easy to keep up. My practice offers a calm, supportive space where you can pause, feel truly heard, and step away from daily pressures. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respect鈥�

Sometimes we perhaps need someone to talk to who is not a friend or family member. I will provide a safe space to do this, and will help you understand things better. Therapy can be like decluttering a messy cupboard, we will take everything out, tid鈥�
