My name is Beth Bolitho and I am a psychodynamic therapist working with children, adolescents and parents.  We all have our mountains to climb. Sometimes as a young person the journey can seem insurmountable. We need a hiking buddy to encourage us an鈥�

I have been practicing as a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist over the last 30 years, since my initial training in Client centred Therapy in substance misuse disorders. Later on, I progressed to become a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist, M网爆门, a Licensed Neuro鈥�

My aim is to offer a sense of humanity for my clients. For me, that is the most important part of a counselling relationship. We are all human. We all go through our own ups and downs, in a world that is moving so fast. We all need a little bit of ex鈥�

I am a qualified counsellor who specialises in working with children, teenagers and young adults. Teenagers and young adults can face problems that can be challenging for them and it can be difficult to know who to turn to. Sometimes talking to famil鈥�

Reaching out for support is a brave step in the right direction. Therapy can help when we are struggling with challenging events, emotions, relationships and situations. Sometimes in life, we feel isolated and alone, lost or hopeless, or just not qui鈥�
