My counselling style is inclusive and bespoke for each client, I have been described as laid back, welcoming and supportive. I like to focus on supporting you to recognise your strengths to overcome any difficult experiences.

I am an integrative psychotherapist using a collaborative perspective, deeply rooted in humanistic values. I recognise that different people are helped by different processes and activities at different times, and that the best way of deciding on how鈥�

I strongly believe we all have the ability within us to get through difficult times and reach our full potential. However I also believe we often need help to do that, and that's okay. That's where a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship i鈥�

Although I work predominantly from a person-centred perspective, my approach is integrative, allowing flexibility to meet each client鈥檚 unique needs. As a forces veteran 鈥� and also a forces child (鈥減ads brat,鈥� if you know, you know) 鈥� I have lived ex鈥�

My sessions, are welcoming, with empathy, understanding, and a willingness to listen to your story, whatever that may be. I offer no judgment, advice or opinion of your situation. There is  no expectation from me for you to commit to a set number of 鈥�
