I currently have limited availability for new clients. Sessions are offered Monday to Friday, with both morning and early afternoon appointments available. All sessions are held online via secure video call or by telephone.

About me and my therapy practice
How I Work
I work in a warm, person-centred way, which means you鈥檙e at the heart of the process. I won鈥檛 give advice or tell you what to do 鈥 instead, I鈥檒l support you to explore what鈥檚 going on for you at your own pace, helping you build insight, make sense of your experiences, and move towards the changes that feel right for you.
My approach is gentle, respectful, and non-judgemental. I believe that therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and understood. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome 鈥 even the ones that feel messy, confused, or difficult.
I draw from additional training and experience in areas such as neurodiversity, trauma, self-worth, and relational work. I also bring a trauma-aware, intersectional lens to my practice and always work collaboratively 鈥 you are the expert on your life.
All sessions are held online via secure video or phone, offering flexibility and comfort wherever you are in the UK. I offer weekly, 50-minute sessions, with the option of short or longer-term work depending on your needs.

Practice description
Therapy with me is a space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgement or pressure. My approach is person-centred, meaning you set the pace and we work with what feels most important to you. I won鈥檛 offer quick fixes or advice, but I will support you in making sense of what鈥檚 going on and help you explore new ways to cope, connect, and move forward.
You don鈥檛 need a specific diagnosis or crisis to come to counselling. You might simply be feeling like things aren鈥檛 right, and want to understand why. Together, we鈥檒l explore your experiences, patterns, and emotions in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering.
Clients often come to me with issues like low self-esteem, anxiety, burnout, grief, identity struggles, life transitions, or relationship difficulties. I also have an interest in neurodiversity and the internal experiences of those who may be masking or 鈥渉igh-functioning鈥 but struggling inside.
All sessions are held online via secure video or phone. This can give you greater privacy, flexibility, and comfort 鈥 you can attend therapy from wherever you feel safest.

My first session
First Session Details
If we decide to go ahead, our first full session will be 50 minutes long. In this session, we鈥檒l explore what you鈥檇 like to get from therapy and begin to build a shared understanding of your experiences. There鈥檚 no pressure to tell your whole story right away 鈥 we鈥檒l go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I鈥檒l also explain key parts of the counselling agreement, including confidentiality and its limits. You鈥檒l have the chance to ask any questions before giving your consent to begin.
The first session is charged at the standard session rate. I do not use formal assessments or diagnostic tools, but I may gently ask questions that help us understand how you're feeling and what you need.
After this session, we鈥檒l review how it felt for you and whether you鈥檇 like to continue. There鈥檚 no obligation to commit straight away 鈥 it鈥檚 about finding what feels right for you.
