Approach I have an eclectic and integrative approach, stemming from a Humanistic starting point. Since my initial training in person-centred therapy, I have been passionate about adding to my skills. I am always learning from my clients, therefore br鈥�

I support women through emotional challenges, self-doubt, and major life transitions. My journey into therapy began with my own lived experiences. Like many of the women I now work with, I know what it鈥檚 like to carry quiet overwhelm beneath a str鈥�

I work with a wide range of difficulties, including self esteem issues, depression, anxiety, pregnancy & birth related issues, relationship difficulties and life transitions, with people from all walks of life. I am particularly interested in working鈥�
