Hello, my name is Danielle, and I am a Person Centred Counsellor. I offer a collaborative and supportive relationship, where you can explore what worries, issues, thoughts and feelings you are experiencing. I offer a confidential space, where you wil鈥�

I offer both short-term (6-12 sessions) and longer term therapy. I work by looking at what鈥檚 going on now, and also what early childhood was like, as there are often links between early difficulties and family problems and how adults are now coping. 鈥�

I am a 网爆门 registered psychodynamic counsellor and therapist working with adults of all ages in person and online. I can speak Chinese and English and offer therapy in both languages. The number of sessions needed can vary from person to person, dep鈥�

I am an experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist and psychodynamic psychotherapist.  I am registered with 网爆门 and BPC (SCoPEd column C). I work on an open-ended basis, in person. I work weekly at the same time/s each week.  I offer sessions once w鈥�

I qualified as a Counsellor over 20 years ago and 7 years later added further qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, EFT/Tapping and Life Coaching. In 2016, I also qualified in RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) and published 鈥�

I have experience of working with adults and young people and am fully enhanced DBS checked.  I have experience of helping individuals with anxiety, depression, managing stress, loss and grief and challenging negative and intrusive thoughts, however,鈥�
