About me and my therapy practice
Everyone needs a nonjudgmental place to talk, feel and be and this is what I am able to provide. I am a warm and empathic person who is able to work long or short term with clients as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
I believe that creating a safe space to talk about situations and our feelings around them is crucial to maintaining mental health.
I tailor my sessions to you and will check in regularly to ensure your need are being met.
I work integratively, using elements of hypnotherapy alongside coaching, CBT, Inner Child Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy. We can alternatively work purely using counselling methods or hypnotherapy if preferred.
Clients who have worked with me tell me they were able to make sense of difficult situations and release pain and resentments from the past. They have found relief from long term phobias and increased their levels of self-confidence and satisfaction in life.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist (PGDip- MÍø±¬ÃÅ) and work with both adults and CYP. I have Certificate in Clinical Supervision (online and in person).
I work in a person centered way but lean towards the psychodynamic- exploring attachment systems, roles, relationships and parts. I also believe in providing clients with coping strategies such as relaxation techniques and exploration of mindfulness practices.
I have been a university lecturer and supervisor on both BSC and Post Graduate programmes in Counselling and Psychotherapy and offer supervision to front line non-therapeutic staff in a charity.
I have significant experience supporting families struggling with effects of addiction and have worked for Bereavement Service offering systemic support for children who are bereaved.
I run a busy private practice with adults and CYP and offer therapeutic teaching services supporting children who struggle to access education and their parents and schools.
Practice description
My supervision style is warm and open, using the seven eyed model of supervision. I believe in sharing supervision theory with supervisees where there is interest. This practice I find really helps supervisees to get the most out of their sessions!
