I'm Alec, an Integrative Psychotherapist working in London and online. I work 鈥榠ntegratively鈥�, meaning I integrate what I consider the most effective therapeutic approaches (compassion-focused, body psychotherapy, CBT, parts work) within a talking-th鈥�

As an experienced person centred therapist, I will offer you a supportive and comfortable space where you can explore what is causing you psychological discomfort. With help, you'll be able to express your feelings and thoughts in a non judgemental 鈥�

YRCS is open to any one who is struggling with themselves, their lives and their thoughts. As a person centred therapist I work with what you bring into the counselling room and I treat each client with empathy, congruence and unconditional positive 鈥�

Do you want to be able to better manage anxious feelings, or to understand yourself and your relationships more, or maybe there is a specific issue causing you pain or unhappiness? I offer a safe space for you or your child to work through any challe鈥�

Do you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety or depression, knowing something needs to change but not sure where to begin? Many of the people I work with notice recurring, often dysfunctional patterns in their relationships or behaviour 鈥� often rooted in f鈥�

Are you at a point in your life where you鈥檙e struggling? Feeling low, anxious, or alone with your problems? If so, I would genuinely like to listen, understand and help you find a way forward. I am Alexia, a fully qualified, integrative counsellor wh鈥�

I offer short-term individual therapy - using CBT and solution-focused techniques - as well as longer term therapy following psycho-dynamic and other treatment models. Rather than using a single approach I use what I believe will best suit the client鈥�

Individuals: I have experience working with clients with neurodivergence as well as trauma and complex trauma, depression, anxiety, BPD. Offering an integrative approach which is inclusive of; person centred therapy, transactional analysis, CBT/DBT, 鈥�
