I work with thoughtful adults and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, not just learn quick fixes. My approach is warm, conversational, and grounded in psychodynamic therapy 鈥� a style that helps us explore how past experiences and u鈥�

I am a 网爆门 registered integrative counsellor. I have spent my life discovering who I am, while dealing with the everyday things that happen in life. I understand how life can be messy, cause anxiety and overwhelm. I work with you to find yourself an鈥�

My formal training is in Relational Transactional Analysis (TA) which is a widely recognised school of psychotherapy combining psychoanalytical, humanist and cognitive approaches.  Though I work with people who have experienced a broad range of emoti鈥�

You don鈥檛 have to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes things feel heavy or confusing, even when life looks fine from the outside. If you鈥檙e feeling anxious, low, or disconnected, or finding it hard to share what鈥檚 really going on, therapy can 鈥�

I work with the dynamics arising in the therapy room, together with an understanding of dynamics that have existed in the past of both partners to address the issues that the couple are facing at the stage they have reached in their relationship when鈥�

I initially trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy nearly twenty years ago, however over time have trained in various evidence based processes alongside that training, which have proved to be a really effective and exciting addition to my working met鈥�

I offer weekly face to face sessions from my beautiful work space, a yurt surrounded by fields and trees, which is in itself a very healing environment to be in. I am a person centred counsellor, but can also bring in other elements such as meditatio鈥�
