Hello and welcome!  Life is often hard and unpredictable and can challenge us in many ways.  Sometimes we reach a point where we experience difficulty in making sense of our lives.  You may be feeling anxious, lack confidence, be suffering loss or ex鈥�

If you need to talk, I am here to listen. I am a psychodynamic counsellor who can help with individual therapy or couples therapy. I provide therapy online for people in the UK or face to face if you are in South West France. Concessions are availabl鈥�

Welcome. I am an integrative psychotherapist  certified by UKCP and 网爆门. I specialize, amongst other things, in complex trauma and have published articles in the British Journal of Psychotherapy and in the 网爆门's Private Practice journal.  Before op鈥�

Trained in depth in a variety of therapeutic approaches, I am particularly interested in working with clients who feel "stuck" in understanding the source of their difficulties, the impact of big "T"or little "t" trauma on life experience, and the ex鈥�
