About me and my therapy practice
Welcoming you into a counselling relationship, I offer acceptance, warmth, and care, along with a belief that the therapeutic space provides a private and confidential way for you to explore your desire for change.
My approach to working has attracted a diverse range of individuals who bring their own unique circumstances, challenges and questions for us to explore. This in turn invites me to include modes, ideas, and methodologies in our sessions that meet your needs; you are at the centre of our work, not a specific technique or approach. This is at the core of working as a Psychosynthesis Counsellor; to recognise the individual.
Counselling works best if you can commit to a regular time, as structure supports a sense of safety in our work together. My clients also report that the regularity of focus toward themselves encourages a different perspective habit, extending beyond our therapeutic time together, all supporting their desire for change. Seeking therapy is a courageous move, and finding a therapist you feel able to work with is the first step.
My fees are from £90 for a 50-minute therapy session.
These sessions may be short-term or long-term, depending on the help and support you are seeking.
Currently, my practice is available in-person at my Chancery Lane and London Bridge practice rooms, as well as online. Please email so we may arrange an initial session.
I look forward to hearing from you.
