About me and my therapy practice
You don鈥檛 need to be 鈥渇ixed鈥 to come to therapy. You don鈥檛 need the right words or a perfect story. You just need a part of you鈥攈owever quiet鈥攖hat鈥檚 ready for something to shift.
I鈥檓 Ricardo, an accredited therapist with 20+ years鈥 experience supporting people through anxiety, trauma, identity, relationships, and the things we don鈥檛 always have language for. My practice is human, relational, and grounded in Gestalt, IFS, and trauma-informed work.
I work especially well with people who feel too much, think too much, or grew up feeling like they had to hide parts of themselves. I welcome LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, culturally diverse, and non-monogamous clients.
Therapy with me isn鈥檛 cold or overly clinical鈥攊t鈥檚 spacious, honest, and alive. You can show up messy, quiet, angry, soft, unsure. All of you is welcome here.
Practice description
Previous to this, I can offer you a free 30 min. online consultation to see if we are a good fit.
My practice is a space for those who don鈥檛 fit neatly into boxes鈥攆or the sensitive, the intense, the questioning, the ones carrying old wounds that still ache. I offer therapy that鈥檚 real, relational, and rooted in presence鈥攏ot scripts or formulas.
I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, addiction, shame, identity, intimacy, and the parts of life that feel tangled or unfinished. My approach draws from Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), body-based and trauma-informed practices.
I specialise in working with LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, and culturally diverse clients. I bring over 20 years of experience and a deep respect for each person鈥檚 way of healing.
Sessions are available only online. You鈥檙e welcome exactly as you are鈥攏o masks, no performance. Just bring yourself, and we鈥檒l take it from there.
My first session
Our first session is just the beginning鈥攁 space to arrive, to feel the ground, and to sense what it might be like to explore things at your own rhythm. You don鈥檛 need to perform, explain everything, or be ready to dive deep. We take time. You choose the pace.
This first meeting is about connection. About whether something in you feels safe enough to begin opening, and whether something in me feels steady enough to hold it. I will listen鈥攏ot just to your words, but to what鈥檚 underneath them鈥攚ith care, presence, and respect.
There鈥檚 no pressure to commit. If it feels right, we continue. If not, I鈥檒l support you in finding the right person for you. What matters most is that you feel met鈥攏ot managed.
This is your space. Bring what you carry, however it shows up. You鈥檒l be welcomed as you are.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer relational, reflective supervision grounded in the 7-Eyed Model, Gestalt Therapy, and trauma-informed practice. My style is collaborative, spacious, and gently challenging. We explore not just your client work, but you鈥攈ow you show up, what gets stirred, and where your growth edges lie.
I work pluralistically and flexibly, tailoring supervision to your stage of development and therapeutic identity. Whether you鈥檙e trained in humanistic, integrative, or body-based models, I welcome your unique way of working.
I particularly support therapists working with GSRD, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, and culturally diverse clients. This is a space where formality falls away, but professionalism holds strong. A space to reflect deeply, think ethically, and stay connected to yourself as a therapist.
You don鈥檛 need to impress. Bring what鈥檚 real. We'll think, feel, and explore it together.
Practice description
Supervision with me is less about ticking boxes and more about cultivating awareness, resilience, and integrity in your practice. It's a space to think, feel, and reflect on what your work evokes in you鈥攏ot just clinically, but personally, ethically, and energetically.
I support supervisees to stay rooted in their values while navigating uncertainty, rupture, cultural complexity, and systemic pressures. We鈥檒l pay attention to parallel process, unfinished business, and the unsaid鈥攚hat shows up in the space between you and your clients, and between us.
My practice invites presence over performance, attunement over control. I welcome therapists who are creative, questioning, or quietly radical in their work鈥攅specially those drawn to relational depth and working at the edges of identity, inclusion, and emotional intensity.
This is a space where your intuition, doubt, knowledge, and humanity are all welcome.
My first session
The first session is about creating a shared rhythm鈥攆eeling out what supervision could become between us. We won鈥檛 rush to cover ground or force structure. Instead, we鈥檒l stay with what arises naturally: what you鈥檙e holding, where you feel stretched, what you鈥檙e proud of, and what you鈥檙e still learning to carry.
You don鈥檛 need to arrive with polished material. You might bring curiosity, hesitancy, or the sense that something in your work needs air. We鈥檒l notice the dynamics, not just the content鈥攜our pace, your language, your silences.
This session is also for you to ask, sense, and name what you need from supervision: spaciousness, challenge, containment, perspective, or all of these in different moments.
It鈥檚 not about ticking the right boxes鈥攊t鈥檚 about starting an honest working relationship. If we both feel the ground is right, we continue from there.
Real supervision is grown, not delivered. The first session plants that seed.
