I am an integrative counsellor and ADHD coach offering one to one talking therapy for adults. I can offer long term Psychodynamic counselling as well as short term goal focused therapy. I also offer online counselling for those who are unable to make鈥�

My focus is on the relationship between us, as for me, the emphasis is not on my role as an 'expert', but rather on the connection between me and you, my client. It is this rapport that better determines the outcome of therapy than any skill or tool 鈥�

Counselling can be sought for many reasons and I believe a close supportive collaboration between therapist and client is of great importance to a successful outcome. Whilst the process of counselling is not about offering advice, it is compassionate鈥�
