 I provide online Person-Centred Counselling and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy, bringing over 14 years of experience to my practice. My approach offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space for individuals navigating鈥�

I am passionate about working with people who cannot find a way out of their current psychological dilemma or recurring emotional difficulties. I am integratively trained which means I have experience of different kinds of therapy including Gestalt, 鈥�

I believe our  relationships to be one of the most important parts of therapy and developing trust is one of the things I aim to do. I use art, therapy cards, meditation and mindfulness within my practise and include inner child work as well as explo鈥�
