I offer online sessions for anyone feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burned out, stuck in self-sabotage, or quietly sensing that life feels 鈥渙ff.鈥� Maybe you鈥檙e navigating big changes, questioning who you are, or longing for something just out of reach.鈥�
