I have been the one receiving counselling, in 2009, and back then, I would not have imagined I would ever become the one giving the counselling. I felt completely stuck, lost, helpless and hopeless.  It is now my mission to help people achieve change鈥�

Whether you鈥檙e struggling with your mental health, feeling stuck in certain patterns, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. My role is to offer a space where you can slow down, talk things through, and begin to make sense of what鈥檚 happeni鈥�
