About me I am a 网爆门 Accredited and Registered Counsellor who has been in practice since 1997 and also as a Coach since 2009. I work in private practice, with previous experience in  Primary Care, Staff Counselling Services, University Counselling Se鈥�

My approach to delivering therapy is very much centred on the principles of Person-Centered and Solution Focus Therapy. These approaches start from the assumption that the individual already has the potential to move forward and overcome any barriers鈥�
