I am a fully qualified Humanistic Gestalt therapist, with training in CBT and Person Centred therapy also.  I offer a non-judgemental, safe space for you to explore your feelings and the challenges that you are facing in your life.  We will work toge鈥�

I support individuals with depression, anxiety, loss, a life altering illness or bereavement. I have a special interest and experience supporting those who have, or suspect that they have, Autism/Aspergers or ADHD. I also have experience with helping鈥�
