I am an integrative counsellor and I work with individual adults. Are you affected by family or social issues, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, workplace or employment difficulties, health concerns, addiction or just struggling to cope gene鈥�

I strongly believe we all have the ability within us to get through difficult times and reach our full potential. However I also believe we often need help to do that, and that's okay. That's where a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship i鈥�

It's always good to talk.... but it's not always so easy to find someone to listen... I offer a safe, non-judgemental space in which we can explore your feelings, anxieties, life experiences... anything that you need to talk about. I will sit by your鈥�
