I offer time-limited and open-ended adult psychodynamic psychotherapy. My aim is to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic space in which to explore feelings and experiences that you might be finding difficult or that you might be struggling to鈥�

As a mature and experienced Counsellor, I offer an integrative approach to therapy, specializing in "Solution Focused Brief Therapy" (SFBT).  I am passionate about providing a safe, confidential space where you are empowered to take control of your o鈥�

Please note: I am experienced in online/video therapy and coaching (typically Zoom/Skype) alongside face to face to work which I hope to resume shortly. I am a Chartered & HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist, and also an accredited Coaching Pysc鈥�

In my work with clients, I draw heavily upon Humanistic theory to provide a foundation for a therapeutic relationship that is empathetic, client-centred, and conducive to personal growth. My practice is informed by Humanistic principles, emphasising 鈥�

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, trained by the Minster Centre. I am also accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and recognised by BUPA.  I am currently seeing clients for short-term work- usually up to twelve sessions with an鈥�
