 I am a 网爆门 Accredited Counsellor who works with women who are perhaps struggling with confidence, anxiety, lost identity and the emotional and physical aspects of menopause. I use a blended approach where I will give you the space to talk and share鈥�

A warm welcome... Feeling seen, heard and understood is essential for our health and I provide a safe place for this.  I work with people who've experienced childhood trauma, abuse and neglect, helping them reconnect with their sense of safety, worth鈥�

I work with adults and have experience supporting clients through life transitions, relationship concerns, experiences of loss and grief, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety, workplace stress and burnout, low confidence, self-doubt, perfectionism鈥�

I offer a supporting, non-judgemental, and safe space, for you to talk through concerns in as much depth as you feel comfortable with. We鈥檒l go at your pace, giving time and focus to what鈥檚 most important to you, and we鈥檒l look out for opportunities 鈥�

I believe that developing our self-awareness is fundamental, if we are to achieve the happiness and fulfilment we desire in our lives.  I offer you a space that is safe, supportive and non-judgmental where you can discover, explore and understand you鈥�

I am a qualified counsellor with an academic background in psychology and psychotherapy, having completed extensive studies in 2002. My training encompassed a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychosom鈥�

In our work together, we might explore how past experiences shape the present, look at patterns in relationships, or begin to explore different parts of your self-identity. Whatever brings you here, whether it's anxiety, low self-esteem, feeling stuc鈥�

I am an experienced therapist and qualified coach working in person and online. Both therapy and coaching can enable you to overcome the challenges you are facing in your life at the moment. Some people come wanting better relationships, help to reac鈥�

Whether you鈥檙e feeling anxious, depressed or just plain fed up I can help. With me you will find a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe and cared for. I can help you talk honestly about yourself without shame and freely explore your emotions.鈥�
