About me I am a qualified counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. My style of therapy is integrative with a person-centred framework. This means that I work relationally, focusing on what you bring to 鈥�

I provide a safe boundaried space for clients to explore their challenges and work to understand themselves better.  The aim is to help you improve your awareness so that you can make change. I use Person-centred therapy and EMDR in my practice.  EMD鈥�
