First of all, I believe therapy is useful for anyone. What is commonly labelled as 鈥渕ental health鈥�, I would call 鈥渜uality of life鈥� - something we all struggle to manage.  I personally have struggled with stress, anxiety and burnout throughout my life鈥�

I offer online and in-person therapy for individuals (16+) and couples, providing both short- and long-term support depending on your needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational, grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens thr鈥�

My approach to therapy is friendly, respectful & totally non-judgemental. Primarily, I use an Integrative Therapy based on the TTM (Transtheoretical Model of Change), which is grounded (among other things) in your goals, readiness to change, and the 鈥�

I was once told 鈥榯his too will pass鈥� and I have found the difficulties in my own life have done so. However I could not do it alone, as it felt too tough a  journey to be on. Looking back today, I am glad I had a counsellor to listen to me and suppor鈥�
