About me and my therapy practice
A down-to-earth, compassionate approach, rooted in real experience.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in the fashion industry. My own journey into therapy began when I moved from London to Worthing and I know first-hand how daunting it can feel to reach out for support. That experience not only helped me reconnect with myself, it also led me to retrain as a Relational Integrative Therapist , and eventually dedicate my work to helping others navigate their own challenges.
My approach is genuine, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I don’t use unnecessary jargon, and I aim to keep things clear, open, and honest. You don’t need to have all the answers before you start therapy, you just need a willingness to explore.
Practice description
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to turn, you're not alone. Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need space to pause and make sense of what we’re going through without judgment or pressure.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk freely about whatever is on your mind. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, loss, trauma, or relationship struggles, I’m here to support you as you reconnect with clarity, confidence, and your own sense of direction.
My approach is trauma-informed, meaning I work with care, awareness, and sensitivity to how past experiences may be impacting you now, emotionally, physically, and relationally.
Therapy That Fits Around You
I offer sessions in-person in quiet, private spaces in Worthing and Brighton, both near the station for easy access. I also provide online therapy, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
Supporting Young People and Families
Alongside my private practice, I work as a school counsellor and have experience supporting teenagers through the many emotional and social challenges of adolescence. I offer a warm, grounded approach to help young people feel safe, heard, and understood. When appropriate, I also work collaboratively with parents or caregivers to help support the wider family system. Whether it’s anxiety, identity struggles, school stress, or family dynamics, I aim to provide a space that meets young people where they are, with respect, empathy, and care.
