Life is constantly moving and changing and yet sometimes you can feel stuck, lost or unable to respond to the challenges life is throwing you. For some it might be trying to live meaningfully with a devastating loss following a bereavement or separat鈥�

I am a Relate trained counsellor with over 18 years鈥� experience in relationship counselling, helping couples and individuals who are having issues. I鈥檓 also trained in systemic counselling and have family counselling experience including several year鈥�

I am based in Exeter, Devon, UK.  However, I work with a caseload of International clients, mostly online.   I am an Advanced Integrative Counsellor and Accredited Belief Coding®锔� Facilitator with 18 years counselling experience. I have worked in pri鈥�

My passion is enabling, encouraging and learning collaboratively. This culture develops personal awareness, emotional regulation and neurological flexibility to navigate life, whilst, most of the time, feeling grounded, energised, inflow and present.鈥�
