My Approach

I currently offer online therapy sessions, with plans to offer in-person sessions soon. I offer sessions on a short-term or long-term basis.

Creating a safe space for you and building a relationship with you is at the heart of my practice. I aim to provide an empathic, non-judgemental approach where you will feel heard, valued, and accepted.

Practice description

What to expect

I work pluralistically, which allows me to collaborate with you and use methods a variety of theoretical models, which may suit you best at particular times. This allows us to tailor the counselling towards your specific goals.

Sessions will last 50 minutes and will take place over Google Meet. To ensure a smooth session, it would be best to use a computer/laptop, and you will also need a stable internet connection. Additionally, having a confidential space where you cannot be overheard is important.

Training, Qualifications and Experience

I am a fully qualified pluralistic therapist with an MSc in Counselling.

Furthermore, I am a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ and adhere to their ethical framework. As such, I am also fully insured. I am committed to ongoing learning and development to best support my clients.

I have experience of working with a variety of people from different ages and cultural backgrounds.

My first session

Initial Chat

As counselling is a personal journey, you are welcome to have a free 20-minute call with me to allow you to ask me any questions, share what you are looking for and to decide if I am the right therapist for you.

First Session

In the first session, I will complete an assessment with you to get a sense of who you are and what you are experiencing. This allows us to discuss how we can work together and what your hopes for counselling are.
