As an integrative, Person-Centered counsellor, I have worked with a diverse range of individuals and their lived experiences, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, self-esteem issues, loss and navigating life with neurodivergence or鈥�

I am a Person Centred- Integrative therapist. My approach to working places the client at the heart of their own therapeutic journey. This is underpinned by my own belief that each of us have within us the resources needed to live more fulfilled and 鈥�

I鈥檓 a qualified Integrative Counsellor, and a Trainee Clinical Psychologist based on the Wirral. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My core therapeutic model is Person-Centred Therapy but I can integrate eleme鈥�

I am a Transactional Analysis psychotherapist in advanced clinical training and currently offer 1:1 therapy for anyone over the age of 18. Each session lasts 60 minutes and can be face to face or remote via Zoom. I work from a quiet location near to 鈥�

Choosing the right counsellor is crucial, and I want to make that process as comfortable and reassuring as possible for you. As someone who鈥檚 naturally empathetic and easy to talk to, my goal is to ease any apprehension you may feel about seeking sup鈥�

With a Master鈥檚 degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and accredited status with the 网爆门, I work with adults (18+) both in person (Odiham, Farnham, Basingstoke) and remotely (online and telephone). I am experienced in providing both shor鈥�
