For most of us there are times when we need support to deal with difficult, emotional issues. Talking to family and friends can be very effective, but sometimes they can鈥檛 help and that may be be because the upside feels too difficult to talk about. 鈥�

Have you been feeling stressed or overwhelmed?  Life circumstances can have this effect on us.   Talking things through with me in a safe, confidential space while working at your own pace can reduce these feelings and give you back a sense of contro鈥�

The most common 5 words I hear in in the therapy room are 鈥測ou must think I鈥檓 crazy鈥� I never do! If you are feeling it; it is valid. What can sometimes happen is feelings get confused with facts. I will sit with you while you explore those things and鈥�

For those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep and relationship problems, my therapy room is a place where all my clients can unmask and be their authentic selves, and Autistic/ADHD clients can stim freely without judgment. I work with 鈥�
