I work in a humanistic approach using person-centred therapy. The approach is non-directive and puts you, the client, at the centre of the therapy. You are the expert on you and my role is to meet you on your level and work alongside you as you explo鈥�

I am an experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor.  I work from an integrative approach and so can adapt how I work to suit you and your needs.  My core training is in CBT, Gestalt, Transpersonal and Person Centred, but I dedicate time to my own鈥�
