I am a qualified integrative therapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (网爆门), meaning I use person-centred, psychodynamic, and existential approaches, allowing to tailor the work to your unique need鈥�

It can be difficult to talk about things that are worrying you and asking for help takes courage. I will do my best to make you feel at ease and provide you with a warm, safe haven where you can share your story and feel heard, understood and accepte鈥�

I have worked as a counsellor for over 22 years and, through my work, I have been privileged to meet many unique and beautiful human beings. As a counsellor, I believe my greatest strength is my ability to create a meaningful connection with another 鈥�

I have been running my own private practice since 2015, having formally worked in services specialising in bereavement, addiction and support for lgbtq+ communities.  My specialisms include abuse (specifically narcissistic abuse), addiction, gender, 鈥�
