                                          My Approach Life can be overwhelming and difficult at times and it can sometimes seem as though there is little hope in sight. When we feel unable to cope, talking about things is the first step towards movin鈥�

No issue you bring is too trivial for us to explore together. I will meet you with professionalism and without judgment and to help you decide if we could work well together I offer a free 30 minute consultation. Sometimes, knowing how or what we are鈥�

My professional experience is extensive and includes addiction, suicidal ideation, anxiety and low self esteem. I have worked with the Survivors Trust and counselled survivors of rape, sexual abuse and childhood sexual abuse. I have had 2 years exper鈥�

I Offer counselling along side my role Managing a Community Charity. I am Person Centred trained but have added many approaches to my tool box after practicing for the last 17 years. Each of us is individual with there own unique life experiences.
