I Offer counselling along side my role Managing a Community Charity. I am Person Centred trained but have added many approaches to my tool box after practicing for the last 17 years. Each of us is individual with there own unique life experiences. 

Experiencing a sudden loss can feel overwhelming and confusing. I provide a safe, supportive space to help you understand your body's response to trauma and navigate grief at your own pace using psycho-education and bereavement counselling.
