I specialise in working with adults and young people experiencing anxiety (including general, social and health anxiety and panic disorder), as well as people facing the challenges of bereavement, infertility, relationship breakdown and other forms o鈥�

My practice is integrative and relational. Having trained as an integrative therapist means my training covered different ways of understanding people and different ways to work. There is no one size fits all. How I work is different with every perso鈥�
